Kevin received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina in 1996, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Criminology.
Legal Education
In 2000, Kevin both received his law degree from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law and was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar.
